Samsung is continuing its quest to put out a tablet with every imaginable screen size. The company already has tablets with 7, 8.9, and 10.1 inch displays. Now we can add a 7.7 inch model to the lineup.

But it’s not just the screen size that sets the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 apart from other tablets. It’s also the first Android tablet to feature a Super AMOLED display. It also has a 1280 x 800 pixel screen resolution, which offers much higher pixel density than you’ll find on 9 and 10 inch tablets with the same resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a 1.4 GHz dual core processor, 16GB to 64GB fof storage, a 3MP rear camera and 2MB front camera, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, USB 2.0 host capabilities, and Android 3.2 Honeycomb operating system.

Tokyo, July 21, 2011 — Fujitsu today announced that the new Windows® 7 F-07C mobile phone will be available in Japan from NTT DOCOMO, Inc. beginning July 23, 2011.

The F-07C mobile phone, featuring Windows® 7(1), is the world’s smallest PC(2) that fits into the palm of the user’s hand.

F-07C comes standard with a two-year license for Microsoft® Office Personal 2010-an essential business tool-and other basic PC functionality, in addition to convenient mobile phone features such as Osaifu-Keitai. By combining both PC and mobile phone functionality, F-07C opens the door to a range of new uses.

China-based ZTE Corporation is showcasing a full range of mobile products at this year’s CommunicAsia tradeshow. Among the highlights are its latest Light Tab 2 tablets launching around August through telcos and partners worldwide. A key proposition for the Android-based machine is high affordability. For an estimated US$400, users will get a tablet with 7-inch capacitive screen, a high 1,024 x 600-resolution display and a fast 1GHz processor. Internet connectivity is covered by 3G and Wi-Fi, while a V9A model supports WiMAX. Additionally, LTE can be implemented via a hardware swap according to its spokesperson.
